Selling a home during a major life change doesn't have to feel overwhelming.

I'm Lisa Williams, a Texas REALTOR® with eXp Realty. I help homeowners and families move through the real estate side of probate, inherited property and divorce with clear communication, practical guidance and a plan for getting the home sold.

My primary probate and divorce real estate focus is Montgomery County, Travis County and Galveston County.

How I can help

A Realtor for the real-life part of selling a home.

Probate and divorce sales are still real estate transactions, but they rarely feel like ordinary ones. There may be family decisions, attorneys, deadlines, belongings to sort through, repairs to consider, or a home that hasn't been updated in years. I help you take the real estate side one decision at a time.

Probate & Inherited Homes

I help executors, heirs and families understand the property's current market position, decide whether preparing or selling as-is makes sense, and move from “What do we do with the house?” toward a clear listing and sale plan.

Divorce-Related Home Sales

When a home needs to be sold during a divorce, I focus on the property and the transaction. My goal is straightforward communication, an organized listing process and getting the home from preparation to closing as smoothly as possible.

Traditional Buyers & Sellers

You don't need to be going through probate or divorce to work with me. I also represent buyers and sellers who simply want responsive, hands-on real estate help and someone they can actually reach when questions come up.

“My job is to help you understand what comes next with the property—not make an already stressful situation feel more complicated.”
A more personal approach

You'll work with me, not get passed around.

Real estate can feel especially personal when a home is tied to an estate, a marriage or years of family memories. I believe people deserve honest communication and a Realtor who will answer questions, explain the process in plain language and stay involved.

I can help you look at the home's condition, discuss likely buyer expectations, work through listing preparation, market the property, negotiate offers and coordinate the real estate transaction through closing. When a legal question comes up, I respect that boundary and encourage you to rely on your attorney for legal advice.

Texas areas served

Probate & divorce real estate across three key Texas markets.

My website is being built around the communities I want families, homeowners and referring attorneys to be able to find me in most easily.

Montgomery County

Including Conroe, Montgomery, The Woodlands, Willis and surrounding communities.

Galveston County

Including Galveston and surrounding coastal communities where estate and residential properties may require a locally informed sales approach.

Travis County

Serving Austin-area homeowners and families who need real estate representation for probate, inherited property, divorce or a traditional sale.

Not sure where to begin?

Start with the house. We'll build the plan from there.

You do not need to clean everything out, renovate the home or know exactly what it's worth before reaching out.

Tell me what's going on

We'll talk about the property, your timeline and what you're trying to accomplish.

Understand the property

We'll look at condition, local market activity and the practical choices for preparing and positioning the home.

Move toward the sale

When you're ready to list, I'll guide the real estate process from market preparation and offers through closing.

Ready when you are

Let's talk about your next move.

Whether you're ready to list or you're still trying to understand your options, reaching out doesn't commit you to selling. It simply gives us a place to start.
